Former BEA Executive Gregory Feldman to Lead New Technology Systems Division

Denver, CO – Jan. 8, 2007– In response to rapidly evolving market needs, Merlin International, one of the nation’s fastest growing federal IT solutions providers, today announced it has established three new divisions of the company -- the Enterprise Solutions Division (ESD), Special Programs Division (SPD), and the Technology Systems Division (TSD). In addition, the company announced that former BEA executive Gregory Feldman will lead the new TSD group as the Vice President of technology systems.)

The Enterprise Solutions Division serves as the consulting and systems integration arm of the company and is the key business component of Merlin’s growth strategy in 2007. Under the direction of John Trauth, executive vice president of government systems, ESD will manage full-scale implementations for public sector agencies, with an emphasis on creating security, managed content, enterprise messaging and enterprise management solutions. The Special Programs Division, announced October 24 2006, is specifically designed to handle the engineering services needs of the National Security and Defense agencies.

“This restructuring strengthens Merlin’s position in the market by enabling key teams to focus on growing our core competencies,” said David Phelps, CEO and president, Merlin International. “Moreover, the addition of Greg Feldman allows the company to maintain its presence as a leading solutions provider while we focus on continuing to grow our professional services business. “I am very excited about joining Merlin as it moves into a leadership position in the federal IT market,” said Greg Feldman, vice president, TSD, Merlin International. “I look forward to working with Merlin’s experienced sales team to drive technology adoption while maintaining the high service standards our customers and partners expect.”
