Denver, CO– February 7, 2007 – Merlin International, one of the nation’s fastest growing federal IT solutions providers, today announced that Stanley Graves has joined the company as Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Division (ESD). In this position, Graves will be responsible for defining consulting engagements, negotiating implementation partnerships, and managing client relationships. He will be based in the company’s Vienna, Va. office.

Since 1990, Graves has held several senior executive management positions with key public sector technology providers including Vector Data Systems, Anteon and General Dynamics. Prior to joining Merlin, he served as President and CEO of Vector Data Systems (VDS), which provides operational intelligence support to the Global War on Terrorism in more than 70 countries. In addition he served as Chairman of the Board for Anteon, Australia and Anteon, UK.
