Senior Vice President-Sales

Greg joined Merlin in 2006 and brings more than 20 years experience in sales and channel management. Prior to joining Merlin, he contributed to the success of several industry-leading enterprise companies, including BEA Systems, Cisco Systems, Sprint Communications, and Bell Atlantic.

In his role at Merlin, Greg leads the Technology Systems Division (TSD), which accounts for more than 80 percent of the corporate revenue stream. Greg’s areas of responsibility include Product Sales, Partner Services Delivery, Solution Development, Pre-sales Architecture, and Bid and Proposal. During his five-year tenure, TSD has grown by 150 percent.

At BEA Systems, Greg served as Senior Director of the Americas Channels, where he was responsible for executing the sales strategy for general and emerging territory in the United States and Canada – growing the business from a start-up to a 250 percent sequential growth rate in 2006.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and also attended the Advanced Management Program in Financial Reporting at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. In addition, he recently completed the Risk Management for Corporate Leaders Program at Harvard Business School.
