Before Gruber’s corporate career, he dedicated more than 25 years to military service and served in key positions including the Director of the Network Operations Division, Headquarters Air Force where he developed cyber policy and controlled a 3.2 billion dollar budget.
Gruber holds an M.S. degree in Strategic Studies from Air War College, an M.S. degree in Systems Management from University of Southern California, and a B.S.E.E. degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
